販売価格

Le prix indiqué sur les fiches produit ne comprend pas les frais de transport.
Le prix indiqué dans la confirmation de commande est le prix définitif sans les taxes d'importation en vigueurs dans le pays du client.
DeSakai se réserve le droit de modifier ses prix à tout moment. Mais s' engage également à appliquer les tarifs en vigueur qui vous auront été communiqués au moment de votre commande.
Pour les livraisons hors du Japon le client s'engage à régler toutes les taxes dues à l'importation des produits sur son territoire, droit de douane et toutes autres taxes dues en vertu des lois du pays de réception de la commande. DeSakai se dégage de fait de toute responsabilité juridique si l'acquittement des taxes n'était pas effectué par le client.

The price on the product description does not include delivery costs.
The price on the order confirmation is definitive, but excludes the import taxes and duties applying in the addressee's country.
DeSakai reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the client will be charged the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
For deliveries outside Japan, the client undertakes to pay all duty and taxes applying to the import of products in accordance with the laws of the addressee's country. DeSakai shall not be held liable if the client fails to pay the applicable taxes and duty.

海外への発送については、ご注文商品をお受け取りになる国の法律にしたがい、お客様の方で商品の輸入課税、関税およびその他の諸課税をお支払いください。お客様が課税をお支払いにならなかった場合、DeSakai は一切の法的責任を負いません。

支払時期：商品注文確定時でお支払いが確定致します。

配送のご依頼を受けてから5日以内に発送いたします。

返品について

DeSakai se réserve le droit de refuser toute commande d'un client avec lequel existerait un litige.
Si à la réception de la commande, le contenu de celle-ci se trouve endommagé, le client doit établir un constat de dégât auprès du prestataire de service responsable de la livraison du colis. Ensuite, le client doit prendre contact avec DeSakai dans les 3 jours suivant la réception du colis (la date de livraison indiquée sur le site de Japan Post consultable grâce au numéro de suivi du colis faisant foi).
DeSakai reserves the right to reject any order from a client with whom there is a dispute.
If, upon receipt of the order, the content is damaged, the client must obtain an acknowledgement of damage from the delivery service. Next, the client has to contact DeSakai within 3 days of receipt of the package (the delivery date is indicated on the Japan Post site, and can be found thanks to the package's tracking number).
商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、基本的には返品には応じません。
不良商品の場合には、商品到着後１週間以内にご連絡ください。
