The price on the order confirmation is definitive, but excludes the import taxes and duties applying in the addressee's country.
DeSakai reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the client will be charged the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
For deliveries outside Japan, the client undertakes to pay all duty and taxes applying to the import of products in accordance with the laws of the addressee's country. DeSakai shall not be held liable if the client fails to pay the applicable taxes and duty.

Notes on Refund and Returning Goods

DeSakai se réserve le droit de refuser toute commande d'un client avec lequel existerait un litige.
Si à la réception de la commande, le contenu de celle-ci se trouve endommagé, le client doit établir un constat de dégât auprès du prestataire de service responsable de la livraison du colis. Ensuite, le client doit prendre contact avec DeSakai dans les 3 jours suivant la réception du colis (la date de livraison indiquée sur le site de Japan Post consultable grâce au numéro de suivi du colis faisant foi).
DeSakai reserves the right to reject any order from a client with whom there is a dispute.
If, upon receipt of the order, the content is damaged, the client must obtain an acknowledgement of damage from the delivery service. Next, the client has to contact DeSakai within 3 days of receipt of the package (the delivery date is indicated on the Japan Post site, and can be found thanks to the package's tracking number).
商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、基本的には返品には応じません。
不良商品の場合には、商品到着後１週間以内にご連絡ください。
